Can a customer take my van to Europe?

Yes, but your will need make sure you have EU travel included on your insurance policy. If it is included, you will also need to obtain a VOH form, which you can download here.

Please fill out the form as soon as possible and send to the RAC to get the VOH posted to you. It costs £8 and the customer pays. If the owner needs it within 48 hours, it costs £14.95 (again the customer needs to pay).
