Can a customer take my van to Europe?
Yes, but your will need make sure you have EU travel included on your insurance policy. If it is, you will need to obtain a VOH form, which you can download here.
Please fill out the form as soon as possible and send to the RAC to get the VOH posted to you. It costs £8 and the customer pays. If the owner needs it within 48 hours, it costs £14.95 (again the customer needs to pay).
