How can my customer make a claim with their excess insurer?

In order to make a claim, your customer will need:

  1. A quote or invoice showing the cost of repairs.
  2. A copy of their driver form.
  3. Proof on their bank statement that they have been charged by Quirky Campers.

They can then make a claim through Questor’s website here.
