How to handle quotes and pending requests in Wheelbase

  1. If a quote says "send quote" and you CAN accommodate the booking, click this
  2. If a quote says "send quote" and you CANNOT accommodate the booking, decline it
  3. If a quote says "resend quote", and you CAN accommodate the booking, there is no further action needed, you could send a message to the renter to ask if they still want to book.
  4. If a quote says "resend quote", and you CANNOT accommodate the booking, decline it
  5. If you see a "pending request" you can either approve straight away (it will have card details), or decline it - quirky always follow up on these
