My customer hasn’t completed their driver form or added their documentation
If your customer has not submitted their driver form and documentation, feel free to give them a nudge by using the driver form table on the Owner Dashboard.
Driver details requests are sent to customers the day after a booking has been made, so they may have missed the email, or it has ended up in their junk/spam folder.
You can also print a Driver Form to use for your booking.
