What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent. If you decide to cancel your booking:
• Within 24 hours of booking (and your trip is more than 30 days away), you’ll receive a full refund under the cooling-off period.
• After 24 hours, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your hire, the full booking fee is non-refundable.
If your campervan becomes unavailable due to a mechanical failure before your trip, we’ll try to find an alternative. If that isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
